What is included in your service?
All services include the use of High Definition Digital Camera Imaging, Professional Digital Video Format, Unobtrusive Technique, Custom Computer Graphics, Musical Backgrounds, Wireless Microphones, Interviews with willing Guests and Family, Computer Edited Digital Master, 3 DVD Copies of Edited Master, Two or Three Videographers, and Assistance at your Rehearsal.

Do you have any samples we can view?
Yes. We would like to meet with you to get acquainted and have you view several examples of my work. You can observe many features like multiple DIGITAL camera coverage, music enhancement, and special effects.

Do you offer a written agreement?
After you have selected me to be your videographer, a contract is agreed to and signed.

What are the terms of payment?
Our standard payment plan is to make 2 payments. Half upon contract signing to reserve your date and the other half 30 days prior to the wedding. Remember we also take VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER as payment.

Will our location(s) present problems for you?
With a deposit & contract, we will scout your venues to determine any special needs. While some places are easier than others, our pre-planning ensures that your video will be the best possible for your location.

Do you work alone or with assistants?
Memory Lane Video is owned and operated by Bob & Peggy Pattison. We will be working directly with you. Assistants are used only in extreme circumstances and will be determined ahead of time.

Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. Your wedding day is a one time event and we are prepared to make sure that your video covers your beautiful day.

Do we have to act?
The best wedding videos are produced when you are more relaxed and spontaneous. You will be nervous enough without having to think about how to "act" in front of a camera. We will be as inconspicuous as possible. Since you have hired an experienced professional videographer, you can relax and enjoy your day.

When will the video be finished?
Since we are not a video factory, we can usually start editing right away. The actual delivery of your video depends on the complexity of your project. In many cases some of your video is completed before your big day (Reflections & Love Stories).
